The Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri (HBA) announced the winners of its annual HBA Awards Program on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at a ceremony at Bogey Hills Country Club in St. Charles, MO. The HBA Awards Program honors excellence in the home building industry and is divided into three categories: Homes of the Year, Marketing & Advertising and Personal Achievement.

The HBA Awards Program celebrates the achievements of HBA members, which include both builders and associated businesses, in the new home construction industry. This prestigious program offers over 75 categories encompassing various aspects of home building, from the construction itself (building and remodeling) to the final presentation (staging and landscaping). Additionally, there are awards recognizing excellence in sales and marketing efforts.
