For many, this is when your dream home starts to come to life! You’ll meet with our talented Design Coordinator to determine your color selections. You’ll also have the chance to meet with a low voltage wiring rep, and a sales agent to finalize all of your selections, options, and upgrades.
4.) Homeowner Review #1 Pre-Construction
Once you’ve completed your design selections, you’ll have a pre-construction meeting with a Field Manager and Sales Manager. In this meeting you’ll vocalize all details of your home to ensure a cohesive building process.
